Our guide to a successful party
Before the party
- Organise a date to suit you and your child’s friends.
- Decide on what package you would like and for how many.
- Request a date or call us on 1300 932 447 if you would prefer to speak to somebody in person.
- You will be contacted within 48 hours of requesting your date to confirm the details and cost of your party. At this stage we will ask from you a non-refundable deposit of $100 to secure your booking.
- Please advise us when booking if any client has a medical condition or suffer from allergies which may result in them being unable to receive treatments.
- The balance must be paid 14 days prior. Upon receipt of full payment you will be sent a schedule which will provide you with a full break down of the times, therapists' names and details.
On the day
Your therapists will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to their appointed time which will give them plenty of time to set up. Each therapist will bring their own equipment, you will simply need to allocate them a room or a space. If you have pedicures booked they will need access to a power point and running water.
At the time of booking, parental consent forms will be sent out. These will need to be signed by each parent and presented to the therapist on the day. We cannot provide treatments for any child whose parent has not signed the consent form.
